Deer Lodge Centre, Winnipeg. Dedicated on August 14, 1991, the 46th anniversary of the end of World War II, in memory of our comrades of "C" Force who paid the supreme sacrifice, perished during incarcerations, and those who have since passed away because of the affects of the POW conditions endured for forty-four months.

The memorial to CSM John Osborn is seated inside the entrance to the Tower at Deer Lodge Centre. Dedicated on the 50th anniversary of his acts of heroism.
